MORGAN SPIDER AGILITY LADDER
When fully opened, the Morgan Spider Agility Ladder measures 1.75m x 1.73m in diameter and utilizes 12 x 40cm wide agility feet ladders for endless training sequences.
The spider agility ladder focuses on Improving acceleration, lateral speed, change of direction and reaction time by combining mental and physical training. Using a Circular shape helps train footwork and agility patterns in all directions for almost any sport or skill level.
The Spider agility ladder combined with cones and standard agility ladders can be set in endless training sequences including speed gates or marking training drills and is designed to work on any surface including grass, turf, court, track, and concrete.
The agility spider sets up and folds down instantly with an included carry bag for easy portability.
